EE, the U.K.’s current largest 4G network, has announced that it has recently expanded its rapidly-growing LTE service to cover an additional 12 towns in the United Kingdom. This expansion was disclosed in a press release on the operators website, in which EE claims its 4G service now covers more than 80% of the U.K’s population.

Over the past couple of weeks, we’ve been hearing an awful lot of rumors about an upcoming Android 4.4.3 update, and now, thanks to a source familiar with the situation, we have obtained a leaked changelog revealing that the forthcoming release will be entirely targeted at fixing some relatively major bugs that are currently present in the open-source operating system.

LG, slightly earlier than anticipated, is currently in the midst of rolling out the eagerly-awaited Android 4.4.2 KitKat over-the-air (OTA) update to all models of its flagship smartphone, the G Flex, currently located in the United States. In terms of added functionality, the upgrade brings KitKat and Knock Code to the handset, complete with the usual bug fixes, speed optimizations and stability improvements that we’ve grown to expect from any major software update.

As promised, AT&T is now in the process of pushing out the much-anticipated KitKat update to all its carrier-branded One Mini variants currently located in the United States. In terms of functionality, the upgrade will bring the latest build of Android 4.4.2 and Sense 5.5 to the handset, in addition to the usual deluge of bug fixes and stability improvements.

Yesterday, Rogers announced that the markets first curved self-healing smartphone, the LG G Flex, will be available to purchase from its online shop or in any of bricks-and-mortar stores located in Canada starting next Thursday, April 3. The press release also includes a statement from the operator notifying potential customers that the handset will deliver its exclusive ‘full-speed LTE connection’ – which utilizes both the 2100 and 2600MHz spectrum for data speeds of up to 150mbps.
