Google is rolling out a nice new update for its official Clock app that finally gives you the ability to resize its home screen widgets. The company has also tweaked the design of its digital clock, and fixed some pesky bugs.

Since its inception, Google Clock has shipped with two widgets, and neither of them have ever been resizable. That means if you have a busy home screen, it can be difficult to squeeze them. They’re also no good if you prefer smaller clock widgets.

But with today’s update, that changes. You can now resize both the analog and digital clock widgets to suit your home screen layout. Google has also added a drop shadow to the latter to make it stand out and a little easier to read.

The update also comes with unspecified bug fixes that should make Clock more stable. You should find this update in the Play Store now, though it might take a little while to reach everyone.
