A new Motorola DROID handset has appeared in early benchmarks ahead of its official unveiling. Codenamed “Kinzie,” the handset boasts Qualcomm’s¬†latest Snapdragon 810 processor, a super sharp Quad HD display, and a 20-megapixel rear-facing camera.

Kinzie has the XT1585 model number, and like all Motorola DROID devices, it will almost certainly be a Verizon exclusive. With a 5.5-inch display, it’s slightly bigger than the 5.2-inch DROID Turbo, but it maintains the same Quad HD resolution that’s becoming commonplace on high-end Androids.

The biggest difference between Kinzie and the DROID Turbo is the processor. While the DROID Turbo is powered by¬†last year’s Snapdragon 805, Kinzie is expected to have the latest Snapdragon 810, a 64-bit octa-core processor clocked at 1.9GHz.

Other internals — according to the benchmarks — include 3GB of RAM, a 20-megapixel rear-facing camera capable of shooting 4K video, and Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.

Kinzie is expected to arrive this year alongside a slightly smaller DROID codenamed “Clark,” which will reportedly have a 5.2-inch display. We don’t have a more specific date for its release just yet.
