HTC is today rolling out its latest Sense 6 user interface to last year’s midrange One mini. The update weighs in at a whopping 494MB, and it’s packed full of new features and goodies — including Extreme Power Saving mode, color-coded themes, and a new look for the Gallery and Camera apps.

One-Sense-6-updateHTC has been bringing its Sense 6 software — which first made its debut on the flagship One M8 back in March — to older devices capable of running it for the past few months. The M8’s predecessor, the One M7, was first to receive it just over two months ago, and now its little brother is getting a taste, too.

The massive update brings a whole host of changes and improvements that are well worth looking forward to — the most important of which is Sense 6, HTC’s latest user interface, which boasts color-coded themes, personalized fonts, a much-improved BlinkFeed, and more.

It also introduces Extreme Power Saving mode, which allows you to use only basic features so that you can get the most out of minimal battery life. You’ll also find new Camera and Gallery apps with Image Match, and a button to clear all recent apps in one tap.

The update comes with build number “4.09.401.3,” and it’s rolling out now in Europe. Users have already made the release available to download so that those who cannot wait for it to reach them can install it manually; just follow the XDA Developers link below to get started.
