A system dump of Android L, courtesy of the Developer Preview images released by Google, has been uploaded online allowing Android users to get their hands on some new goodies from the upcoming version of Android right away.

This includes the new keyboard, wallpapers, fonts and other updated Google Apps like Play Services, Search and Play Store.

To make installation easier for rooted users, XDA member ivan123 has packaged the fonts, keyboard, ringtones and other notification sounds, and the boot animation into a flashable ZIP, which can be flashed via recovery.

Rooted users can download the flashable ZIPs from below, while non-rooted users need to head over to this thread on XDA forums for the download link.

While the wallpapers, keyboard and the latest version of Google Apps can be used used by non-rooted users as well, using other things like the notifications sounds will require root access.

Also, I’d recommend our readers to avoid installing the Google Search and Play Services app from Android L, since they might lead to some stability issues on KitKat.
