Samsung Galaxy S5 Could Launch Earlier Than Expected In Some Regions [Rumor]

Galaxy S5 Teaser

Samsung has just posted a new teaser in Malaysia indicating that the smartphone could arrive earlier than the April 11 schedule. The teaser reads – “Be The First” with the date March 27 written right below, indicating that the handset could launch on that day. However, since Samsung hasn’t confirmed this, it’s probably wise to treat this as a pre-order listing.

It was recently announced that the smartphone would go up for pre-order on the 28th of March in the UK, which gives credence to the aforementioned theory. But it behooves Samsung to make things more clear with its teasers as it has already caused quite a bit of confusion among the customers.

It is also possible that Samsung doesn’t want to wait much long to bring the smartphone to the market, so it makes sense if the Korean manufacturer wants to launch the device early. The likes of Sony and HTC are expected to launch their respective flagships on April 11, just like Samsung. So getting a head start over the competition might be a good thing for the company.
