Earlier today, Samsung officially launched the Galaxy Grand Neo as the successor to its former ultra-affordable flagship smartphone of 2013, the Galaxy Grand, a mid-range device which proved to be pretty popular with customers who wanted a big-screen Android experience without a big price tag.

In terms of specifications, the new Galaxy Grand Neo packs a 5.1-inch TFT capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, an unidentified BCM23550 chipset powered by four 1.2GHz Cortex-A7 central processing units, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage (expandable up to 64GB via microSD), a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera, a VGA front-facing shooter, Bluetooth 4.0, dual-SIM capabilities and a 2,100 mAh Li-Ion battery.

Straight out of the box, the handset ships running the latest build of Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean skinned with Samsung’s TouchWiz custom user interface, which the OEM claims ‘is the easier way to use your device, giving you intuitive control over everyday tasks’.

The smartphone is currently available to purchase for €260 off-contract from the independent Dutch retailer, Belsimpel. So if you like the sound of the Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo and want to pick one up — click the source link below.
