A forthcoming Samsung tablet passed through the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on Thursday, December 12, and the small amount of information that was included in the filing documentation suggests that we could be looking at the rumored Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, which is scheduled to be announced at CES on January 7, 2014.

This 8.4-inch device carries the model number SM-T320, which, coincidentally, is the same number that was previously associated with the tablet in a report which was published last week by SamMobile, who also suggested that the South Korean company would launch both Pro and Lite variants in its Galaxy Tab lineup during Q1 of 2014.

The documentation doesn’t reveal much about the internals of the device, in actual fact, it doesn’t reveal anything at all. However, we do know that the handset will pack a variety of different connectivity options, including Bluetooth Class 1 (Version 4.0, LE+EDR), 802.11b/802.11g/802.11n Wi-Fi and GPS.

Thankfully, we don’t have to wait too long to find out exactly what this mystery device is, seeing as CES is just over a week away and MWC is in February.
