Acer Announces Liquid Glow Budget Phone With Android 4.0 [MWC]

Acer has been doing a great job at keeping their Android tablets up-to-date with Android 4.0 but we haven’t heard much from them in the phone department. There may be a reason as they don’t seem to have anything major up their sleeves. However, they have announced a new Liquid Glow budget smartphone that they will be displaying at this year’s Mobile World Congress. The Liquid Glow will come in an array of colors including: Sakura Pink, Alpine White, and Cat’s-eye Black. Other specs are scarce but we know it will come with Android 4.0, NFC, and a 5MP rear camera with LED flash.

The Acer Liquid Glow isn’t set to hit the market until early summer 2012 but if you’d like to get an early look, you can visit the Acer Pod, located inside the Google Android Booth (Hall 8 – 8C25).
