Yesterday, the Dixons Group, officially announced Advent’s first budget-friendly Tegra 4 powered tablet, the Tegra Note, which will ship running Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean when it launches in the United Kingdom on November 15 and can be pre-ordered today with a rather competitive price tag of £179.99.

Unfortunately, we don’t know an awful lot about the slate, but we do know that it will feature a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 1280×800, a Tegra 4 system-on-chip (SoC), 16GB of internal storage (expandable up to 64GB via microSD) and a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera.

In addition, the Tegra Note will be despatched with a fully functioning stylus, and many stylus-compatible applications and optimization features, including NVIDIA DirectStylus, which transforms the “normal stylus into an incredibly responsive experience with finer point and broader stroke control.”

Obviously, the 7-inch tablet will arrive running the full suite of Google Apps, which come bundled in the latest build of Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. This suite consists of Google Play, Google Maps, GMail, YouTube and many more.

The Advent Vega Tegra will go on sale in the U.K. starting Friday, November 15, and will be available to purchase from Dixons, as well as PC World and Currys.
