GTA V’s iFruit Companion App Finally Comes To Android

iFruit-Android

iFruit, the GTA V companion app, is finally available to download on Android, more than a month after the game made its debut on consoles. The free app allows you to log into the Rockstar Games Social Club and customize cars in Los Santos Customs, interact with Chop the dog, and more.

iFruit launched on iOS back in September when GTA V came to consoles, and the Android version is almost identical. Simply sign in with your Rockstar Games Social Club account, connect the app to your PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360 gamertag, and you can do a bunch of things inside GTA V while you’re away from the game.

For instance, you can tinker with your vehicles using Los Santos Customs, then create and reserve custom license plates that can be used in-game. You can also play with and train Chop, Franklin’s dog, and your efforts will have a direct impact on his behavior within the game.

The app isn’t quite perfect yet, it seems, with lots of users reporting crashes and other bugs on Google Play. I remember similar issues with the iOS app shortly after it was released. But if you want to give it a try anyway, just hit the source link below.
