We’ve already seen HTC’s limited edition Hello Kitty Butterfly S thanks to a leaked promotional poster that was pictured last week — but today the Taiwanese smartphone maker made the handset official. It looks identical to the original Butterfly S, but it has a Hello Kitty face on its back and comes pre-loaded with nine Hello Kitty wallpapers.

The device will be priced at NT$22,900 ($765), which is what the Butterfly S cost when that first went on sale in Taiwan at the end of June. There are no plans to launch the handset outside of Taiwan — where the Hello Kitty brand is hugely successful — but that could change in the future if it sells well.

The Butterfly S boasts a 5-inch 1080p display, a 1.9GHz Snapdragon 600 processor, 2GB of RAM, and a massive 3,200mAh battery. Like the flagship HTC One, it also comes with a 4-megapixel UltraPixel rear-facing camera, Beats Audio integration, and the HTC Sense 5 user interface.
