Last week, Sony uploaded a teaser video to its YouTube channel showing off its new upcoming flagship smartphone, the Xperia Z1. And this week, some more leaked images have been published on a Chinese website revealing the much-anticipated device in all its glory.

The popular Chinese website 365dian obtained these pictures from an anonymous source, revealing both the black and white Xperia Z1 from all angles. In terms of design, it’s safe to say that Sony has not veered away from the squared candy-bar form factor that the original Xperia Z featured. Sure, there are some minor changes, for example, the inclusion of a dock connector on the left-hand side of the handset, but the overall concept is pretty similar.

According to scores of rumors, leaks and speculation, the Xperia Z1 is set to feature a 5-inch full HD 1080p capacitive touchscreen powered by Sony’s trademark X-Reality Engine, a 2.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, a 20-megapixel rear-facing Exmor R sensor, 16GB of internal storage, 4G LTE capabilities, as well as IP57 waterproofing and dust protection.
