Sony Mobile has today published an official video showcasing its upcoming flagship handset, the Xperia Z1, revealing a stylish device similar to the original Xperia Z, accompanied by a Sony G Lens rear-facing shooter, a physical camera button as well as IP57 dust protection and waterproofing.

The team behind the Sony Xperia Twitter account tweeted a link to the video with the caption; “3…2….what comes next?” suggesting that the rumored ” Z1″ name could actually be correct.

According to a mass of recent leaks, rumors, and speculation, the Xperia Z1 is set to feature a 5 inch full HD 1080p capacitive touchscreen powered by Sony’s X-Reality Engine, a 2.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, a 20-megapixel rear-facing Exmor R sensor, 16GB of internal storage, microSD expandability, and 4G LTE capabilities.
