Galaxy-Note-8

Only last week, Three U.K. announced that Samsung’s latest Android tablet would be available to purchase in the “near future,” and now today it has officially launched the Galaxy Note 8.0 on a wide range of data-only contracts.

The Note 8.0 is a respectable high-end portable Android tablet, packing an 8-inch TFT touchscreen, a 1.6GHz quad-core Cortex A9 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16/32GB of internal storage, a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera, and an impressive 4,600 mAh battery. The device will ship running Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, with Samsung’s TouchWiz UI plastered over the top.

  • Broadband 250MB (1 month contract) – £5 ($7) + £369 ($579) upfront cost.
  • Broadband 1GB (1 month contract) – £7.50 ($11.76) + £369 ($579) upfront cost.
