Samsung’s latest handset, the mammoth 6.3-inch Galaxy Mega, has been available in both Europe and Asia for the past couple of months now, and currently we are seeing initial signs suggesting that it could be on its way to the U.S.

A leaked press render of the handset provided by @evleaks on Twitter reveals a dark blue colored Mega 6.3, pretty similar to the one we’ve already seen in the U.K., except with AT&T branding.

The Galaxy Mega 6.3 is a mid-to-high range Android phablet, packing a humongous 6.3-inch 720 LCD display, a 1.7GHz dual-core Snapdragon 400 processor, 1.5GB of RAM, an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 3,200 mAh removable battery.

We have no formal word from AT&T as of yet, but we suspect if won’t be too much longer before the official announcement is made, so be sure to check back for more information.
