It looks like Samsung’s 5.3″ Galaxy Note has sparked a large display revolution. LG has teased an interesting device called the Optimus Vu. Not only does it sport a 5″ display, but it features an unconventional 4:3 aspect ratio. Other unofficial specs include:

• A 1024×768 display
• A 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm WPQ8060 processor
• 1GB or RAM
• 8GB of ROM
• 8MP camera

It’s most likely not launching with Ice Cream Sandwich as it still sports the 4-row capacitive button model but I’m sure it’ll get updated at some point. Too many unknowns at this point but I’m sure we’ll get a look at this device at Mobile World Congress later this month. What do you guys think of these new 5″+ devices?
