AT&T Expands LTE Coverage To 16 New Locations

AT&T has again broadened its horizons by upgrading and expanding its LTE connectivity services to 16 additional locations. The announcement was made in a sequential series of press releases on the carrier’s website, just days after AT&T was named as having the fastest 4G LTE connection in the U.S.

16 of AT&T’s markets are affected in its latest expansion; the announcement brings 11 new location launches and five network expansions.

The announced locations to receive the LTE service include:

  • Jacksonville, Texas
  • Manhattan, Kan.
  • Palestine, Texas
  • Sedalia, Mo.
  • Warrensburg, Mo.
  • Monroeville/Evergreen, Ala.
  • Vieques, Puerto Rico
  • Saginaw and Bay City, Mich.
  • Huntington, W.Va.
  • Ashland, Ky.
  • Beeville, Texas
  • Cookeville, Tenn.
  • Aberdeen, WA.
  • McMinnville, Tenn.
  • Durham, N.C.
  • Frankfort, Ky.
