Apple Ridicules UK Court’s “Samsung Didn’t Copy” Ruling In Non Apologetic Notice

Apple was recently ordered by a UK judge to publicly announce, on their website and in adverts, that Samsung had not infringed on its design rights. Naturally, Apple appealed this decision, however, they lost the appeal and were forced to comply. Well, Apple certainly complied, only I’m betting it’s not in the way the UK courts intended. In fact, they basically give the UK courts a big middle finger.

They did as the court ordered by adding a link to the ruling at the bottom of their UK home page. Apple admits to the ruling in the very first paragraph and that’s about as far as it goes. After that, it’s nothing more than an ego filled quote fest of how the courts basically ruled that the iPad was just way cooler than Samsung’s tablets.

They also go on to point out how other courts have ruled in favor of Apple in regards to Samsung’s copying — which in my opinion is a direct attack on the UK judges decision and something I’m sure he won’t be too happy about.

Well, there you have it. Apples unapologetic, ego infested “we’re right and they’re wrong” statement. Did you really expect anything less?
