Late on Friday night, Google sent out invites to the press making its rumored September 29 event official. The event will take place in San Francisco and start from 9 a.m. PT.

Google is expected to announce two new Nexus handsets, the Nexus 5X and the Nexus 6P, at the event. The former will be made by LG and sport a 5.2-inch Full HD screen, while the latter will be made by Huawei and sport a 5.7-inch Quad HD screen.

While the LG-made Nexus 5X is reportedly going to be powered by a Snapdragon 808 processor, the Huawei-made Nexus 6P will feature a more powerful Snapdragon 810 processor. Both handsets will feature front-facing stereo speakers, 3GB RAM, and a 12.3MP rear shooter.

Google is also expected to unveil the final release of Andorid 6.0 Marshmallow and the second generation Chromecast at the event.
