Verizon has finally begun shipping Galaxy S6 pre-orders, and the carrier has given early adopters a delivery date of April 10, which is the handset’s official launch date worldwide.

Verizon, like most other carriers in international markets, has stuck to Samsung’s launch schedule for the Galaxy S6 — while its rivals in the U.S. shipped theirs out early. Many who pre-ordered the device through Sprint, T-Mobile, and AT&T have already received it.

But according to Droid-Life, the wait is almost over for Verizon customers, because the company has today begun sending out its shipping notifications.

While it’s possible some customers will receive their devices tomorrow, most will be waiting until Friday, which is when the Galaxy S6 will also be available at retail. But whatever the case may be, the device is well worth the wait, according to the reviews.
