Gmail Update Adds Pinch-To-Zoom, Auto-Fit Messages, And More

When Android 4.2 dropped, those lucky enough to be privy to the update also received a convenient update to their Gmail app. Goodies such as pinch-to-zoom, swipe-to-delete, auto-fit messages, and more were dangled in the face of the less worthy and only available to the select 1%. But not anymore! Well… not anymore for those running Android 4.0 and up.

Anyone running Ice Cream Sandwich and above will now be able to enjoy all the improvements made to the Gmail app, including all the above mentioned, plus:

  • Attach photos and videos from within Gmail
  • Larger photo previews and gallery view for photo attachments
  • Bug fixes and performance improvements

While some features (such as auto-fit) have to be enabled within the Gmail settings. the rest should be good to go as soon as you update. So what are you waiting for, hit up the link below and get the latest Gmail app for Android.
