A Few Things You Might Hear When In The Presence Of An Android User [Humor]

We’ve seen those parody videos about the “shit Apple fanatics say,” but what about the Android fanatics? Yep, there’s one one those too. If you have an Android fanatic for a friend or happen to be one yourself, there’s a good chance you’ve heard or spoken a few of these beauties.

The parody is pretty spot on, aside from the fact that this fanatic says he has a DROID phone. Android fanatics actually hate when people call Android phones DROID phones. We can blame Verizon’s marketing for that one. So, how many of these sound familiar to you?

  Tell that to Apple. We had touchscreen devices before the iPhone: PDA, Palm OS, Windows CE… Apple took that idea from the popular PDA’s, and added a layer of overpriced design (that hasn’t changed ever since). And now you say it’s the others who imitate them? Come on man! Google hasn’t invented anything with it, but don’t criticize Android using that lame argument.

    Haha! You had touchscreen phones only after Apple _announced_ it’s design for the iPhone in 2006. Don’t change history – Google rushed out Android to try be first, and rushed it remains. Hence the lack of priority to the touch thread (which is why you’ll always have lag on your gestures). Open your eyes!

  Associating Android with Mitt Romney is horrible. He’s an absolute asshat that needs to be as far away from the presidency as possible.
  And why hate on other people’s choice of phones? I use Android, I love Android, I love Google. I don’t like Apple products so I don’t use them, I don’t spend my time hating on them pointlessly on the internet though.

Ok… I just have a couple of things to say. However, before I get started… Yes I AM a Apple fan. This is how I look at it. Nobody cares about what what other people think. This goes for apple and android and other phone/technology producing companies. You have to look at it like the world. You just go with it. You don’t just voice your opinion out in the open, you say it to yourself. All haters, including apple and android haters, shut the hell up! It’s just an irrelevant answer no one needs to hear.

Haha! I personally had a Samsung Fascinate and ended up hating it, but everything the guy in the ad says is spot on, even though he is a total douche about it. The funniest humor is the stuff that is true.

The most interesting pattern you will notice about the two:
1. Apple fans love their products
2. Android fans hate Apple products

  I am both an Android and Apple USER, and I like & dislike particular things from each of them. I don’t think the way you put it is correct, saying that Apple fans love their products while Android fans hate Apple. The thing that I hate about Apple (and its fans) is their disgusting sense of superiority, like “we’re first division, you’re just a chip imitation”. If it wasn’t by Apple (and its fans) attitude, there would be no hate from the Android community. First reason being Apple didn’t invent touchscreen devices, I had a PDA (with touchscreen, icons, wifi and even infra-red) before Apple even invented the iPod.

    I had (and still have) 7 diffrent PDA with gsm module before iPhone. There’s such an incredible gap between those old devices (with pre iPhone era touch screens and user interface) that no one old enough can state that iPhone wasn’t an revulotionary device. I’have never own one but i have seen haw totaly market have changed since then…

    I couldn’t care less who invented what or who was first. But I do care a lot about what is presently the best in function as well as design.
    But you’re right about the superiority thing. It’s one of the dangers of being superior.

This is just bad. The “Cheap” line is BS. Real Android fanboys will buy android phones for the same price the iPhone is. I have spent plenty of money in the Play Store as well. I’m sick of the stereotype that android users are cheap-asses, it makes absolutely no sense. Sure, the best humor hits close to home, but at least know where that home is. The one that is true is how often I ask my girlfriend to let me root her devices.

Wow…. I come back to see what others say about this add latter, and people are still complaining? IT’S JUST PHONES!!! I wish people my age would take education this seriously… Rather than debating on some type of “unethical” subject. IT’S JUST A FUCKING PHONE!!! Get over it. Where ever you go, your going to have haters. That goes for everything in this world. And it’s sad that a 14 year could realize this faster than adults (not crediting my self, just saying how I “see things in life” are more reluctant). And I know I’m going to have people dislike and like, complain and comment on what I stated above. However, your just showing that I told the truth… That’s all I have to say.
