The Samsung Galaxy S III Hasn’t Even Been Announced And Yet It Already Has An LG Competitor

Okay, this next one comes from a Korean site and claims that LG is prepping a competitor to the yet-to-be-announced Samsung Galaxy S III. While I always have trouble deducing what exactly is going on in a translation, I’m thinking these are the claims of the author and not LG. So what we basically have here is a rumored device to compete with another rumored device. If you’re interested in comparing rumored specs against the specs of well… rumor, then by all means check out the LG D1L.

The LG D1L is rumored to hit the market sometime in May and is rumored to be featuring a 4.7-inch screen with 1280 x 720 pixels, a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4, and is expected to ship with Ice Cream Sandwich. Doesn’t sound too bad, but how will it compare to the rumored Samsung Galaxy S III and its 4.8-inch 1080p resolution with 16:9 aspect ratio display, 1.5GHz quad-core Samsung Exynos processor, and Ice Cream Sandwich? I guess we’ll just have to wait and see, won’t we.

Would any of you consider an LG device such as the D1L over the rumored Samsung Galaxy S III? I say nay, what do you say?
