Dell Slashes $50 Off The Venue 8 Tablet [Deal]

Dell Venue 8

The Dell Venue 8 was launched in October last year as one of the few Intel-powered Android tablets on the market. The American manufacturer is now offering a decent deal on the device that waives $50 off the asking price for both the 16GB and 32GB variants.

The entry-level 16GB device now costs $129.99, while the 32GB variant now costs $159.99. Those prices make the Venue 8 one of the most affordable slates from a well-known manufacturer. Customers will have to use the coupon code “J41TT1LGPH2RD2 at checkout to take advantage of the discount.

The Venue 8 features fairly decent hardware, including an 8-inch 1280 x 800 display, a 2GHz Intel Atom processor, 2GB of RAM, microSD storage, and a 4,100 mAh battery. It ships with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean pre-installed, but it’s unlikely this device will see a KitKat update.

The Venue 8 is available in the standard black and white configurations. There’s also a red model, but that’ll cost you an extra $20.
