Verizon’s Nexus 7 Pictured Ahead Of Launch [Leak]

Verizon Nexus 7

The 2013 Nexus 7 currently supports T-Mobile and AT&T’s 4G LTE networks in the U.S., with the Verizon variant being delayed indefinitely due to lack of certification. But it now seems like this variant isn’t far away from launch, as a few leaked images have revealed the outer covering of the Nexus 7 with the Verizon branding prominently visible.

It is believed that the tablet is already making its way to Verizon outlets and will be sold through the Google Play Store as well – much like other carrier variants of the tablet. We should see an announcement later today or sometime this week, judging by this leak.

It has taken Verizon over six months to officially launch the tablet in the U.S., but Big Red customers will be glad that it’s finally here. The 2013 Nexus 7 is one of the most talked about Android tablets in the market today and its launch through the largest carrier in the U.S. should drive sales even further.
