LG Announces Availability Dates For The G Flex For Singapore & Hong Kong

The LG G Flex has been available to purchase from Korean importers for about two weeks now. However, LG’s flagship handset will soon be on sale in several retail stores located in Singapore and Hong Kong. Residents in Singapore will be able to pre-order the smartphone on Sunday, December 8, Whereas, the device will make its debut appearance in Hong Kong on Friday, December 18, but, unfortunately, there is no pre-order page to reserve the curved, self-healing handset.

LG claims that this is just the beginning of its global rollout for the G Flex and that we should expect more details on its launch in the not-too-distant future. Sadly, the company did not provide us with an estimated or confirmed time frame for any western releases, so for now we’re in the dark. But we assume that LG wants to get its flagship smartphone onto the shelves in as many countries as it can, as quickly as it can.

The G Flex is a very impressive high-end smartphone which packs a curved body and display, a self-healing back panel, a gorgeous 6-inch curved P-OLED capacitive touchscreen, a Qualcomm MSM8974 Snapdragon 800 chipset powered by four 2.26GHz Krait 400 CPU’s, the latest Adreno 330 GPU, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage (not expandable), a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 3,500 mAh non-removable Li-Po battery.
