Update: Users that have already installed the bug infested 4.3 update should shortly receive a small patch upgrade via Samsung Kies.

Samsung is in the process of pushing out an over-the-air (OTA) update to all unlocked Galaxy S4 and Galaxy S III models located in Europe. This upgrade brings Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and a newer version of the TouchWiz user interface to these devices, in addition to a truckload of bug fixes and stability improvements.

You may be under the impression that you’ve seen this update before, well, you are 100% correct. Two weeks ago, Samsung started rolling out this upgrade to its carrier-branded handsets registered in the United States and Europe, but no sooner than the rollout had begun, it was halted due to a bug infestation. Now the South Korean company is pushing out the upgrade again and claims that “all of the issues have been resolved.”

The Galaxy S4 was released in April, 2013, and packs a gorgeous 5-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920, a 1.6GHz quad-core Cortex A15 processor, a PowerVR SGX 544MP3 GPU, 2GB of RAM, 16GB/32GB/64GB of internal storage (expandable up to 64GB via microSD), a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera and a removable 2,600 mAh Li-Ion battery.

Whereas, the Galaxy S III was announced back in May, 2012, and went on sale shortly after its unveiling. The handset sports a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen, a 1.4GHz Cortex-A9 processor, a Mali-400MP GPU, 1GB of RAM, 16GB/32GB/64GB of internal storage (expandable up to 64GB via microSD), an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 2,100 mAh battery.
