T-Mobile Now Selling The New Nexus 5 For $449

Last week, T-Mobile U.S. started accepting pre-orders for Google’s latest flagship smartphone, the Nexus 5, on its official website. And now, as expected, the handset is shipping and is available to purchase from any of the carriers nationwide bricks-and-mortar stores.

The operator is selling the device with a $41.99 down payment, followed by 24 monthly payments of $17, which adds up to a rather hefty $449 – which is a $100 more than Google’s one-off upfront payment of $349.

The Nexus 5 is possibly the most impressive Android device on the market, featuring a gorgeous 4.95-inch True HD IPS+ capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 1920, a 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of DDR3 RAM, 16GB/32GB of internal storage, an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 2,300 mAh non-removable battery.

Furthermore, the Nexus 5 is the only handset on the market to run Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box, which brings a completely redesigned user interface, SMS message integration in Hangouts, Google Now on the home screen, and lots more.
