White LG G2 Headed To Verizon [Rumor]

LG-G2-White

The white variant of LG’s flagship smartphone, the G2, has been available to purchase in both Europe and Asia for the past month now, but availability in the U.S. has been somewhat restricted. However, we are currently seeing signs suggesting that the white handset is on its way to the popular U.S. operator, Verizon Wireless.

Besides the gorgeous white exterior, the internals of the handset are exactly the same as the black version. Thus meaning, the G2 continues to sport a stunning 5.2-inch True HD-IPS+ LCD capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 1920, a 2.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, the latest Adreno 330 GPU, 2GB of RAM, 16GB/32GB of internal storage (not expandable via microSD), a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera and a beefy 3,000 mAh non-removable Li-Po battery .

The device will ship running Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, but is expected to receive the much-anticipated Android 4.4 update in the not too distant future.

We have no official news as to when the device will be available on Verizon, but recent speculation suggests that we could see stock arrive in the operators bricks-and-mortar stores as soon as tomorrow, November 14.
