Alcatel Reveals A Trio Of New Devices
Yesterday, Alcatel introduced three new affordable mid-range Android devices to its One Touch family, which includes the Idol S, the Idol Mini, and the One Touch Evo 8 HD.
The Idol S, pictured above, is the most impressive of the two smartphones. The handset packs a 4.7-inch IPS capacitive touchscreen, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera, 4GB of internal memory (expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD), and 4G LTE capabilities.
The Idol Mini is essentially a scaled down version of the Idol S, packing a 4.3-inch LCD panel, a 1.3GHz dual-core processor, 512MB of RAM, a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera, and 4GB/8GB of internal storage (expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD).
