The device packs a 3.5-inch WVGA display, a 1GHz dual-core processor, 512MB of RAM, a 5-megapixel Sony Exmor R camera and a 1320 mAh battery. The Xperia U ships running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, and is not upgradable to 4.1 Jelly Bean.
