Back in March, C Spire customers with an S3 finally managed to make the leap to Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. However, whilst this update was received with open arms unfortunately it was missing something that many other carriers already had included, Samsung’s Premium Suite. But finally, these GS3 users have now got exactly what they’ve been waiting for; a new update that includes the Premium Suite features.

The update has already started its rollout to C Spire devices and you should receive a notification informing you that the update is ready to download. But if you just can’t bear the suspense any longer, after all you have waited long enough, you can check manually to see if it’s available for your device by heading to Settings> About Device> System Updates> Check Now.

In the unlikely event that the OTA fails to download or it’s not ready for your device yet, you can always grab the download via Samsung Kies. In order to update using this method, the C Spire Galaxy S3 will need to be connected to a computer running Samsung Kies using a USB cable.

For those of you who are wondering what the Premium Suite has to offer. Basically, the Suite brings some of the new functionality that has made its way into Samsung’s latest devices. This includes support for reader mode, photo tagging, multi-window view, S Beam enhancements and a few other great improvements.
