Developers love getting their hands on a kernel source code, primarily because it allows them to unleash some great new custom ROMs with awesome features you don’t get as standard. As of today, the Galaxy S4 Zoom’s source code can be downloaded directly from Samsung.

You might not get too excited by this announcement, but I’m sure that you can appreciate the fact that someone does, as the developers work tirelessly to adapt the kernel so that we can download and install the custom ROMs to use on our devices.

Samsung posted codes for four models of the S4 Zoom, so everyone should find the one they need.

However, no matter how good the camera is on this phone, it will never make up for the Zoom’s vulgar appearance.
