Motorola Droid RAZR HD And MAXX HD Get Android 4.1.2

Motorola Droid RAZR HD and MAXX HD owners have started receiving essential updates for their devices. This latest update will bump the devices up to Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, with security patches from Google to act against new threats, and a fix for data roaming issues that some Droid owners have been having.

Various software upgrades have also been made, incorporating improvements to Wi-Fi connectivity, and a fix for an issue that some owners have been having with the detection of USB cables. Furthermore, users can now touch-to-focus when using the camera app, and there has also been a few minor improvements made to the camera’s low light performance.

The update also contains a fix which is said to resolve the pixelation issues that have been occurring when video streaming.
