Android 4.0 has begun rolling out to all Verizon Motorola XOOM customers after a brief soak test last week. The update is being pushed in phases and brings with it the awesomeness of Ice Cream Sandwich and a whole slew of features and fixes. Check below for the full changelog:


If you’ve always wanted to get your hands on a Motorola XOOM, now may be the time. For the next 7 hours, 1SaleADay is offering up a brand new 32GB WiFi Motorola XOOM for $329.99. Not exactly the cheapest tablet around, but much cheaper than its original debut price of $599.99. It’s also not the newest Android tablet on the market, but it does have the newest version of Android running on it (or will once you update it). It’s a tough sell with all the rumored high-end sub $300 Android 4.0 tablets expected to hit the market soon. Nevertheless, it’s available for the next 7 hours if you want it.

Hulu Plus for Android received a slight update today, adding support for seven Android tablets and a new sleek UI. The new UI is specifically designed for tablets and allows users to swipe horizontal lists to view movies and TV shows. The seven tablets included in this update are:


Last week Motorola was prepping a mysterious “soak test” for Motorola XOOM WiFi users. It now appears Motorola was getting ready to release Android 4.0.4 as they are sending emails out to let owners know. There’s no mention of when the update will begin rolling out but given the email, it should be soon. The update includes quicker screen rotation, camera improvements, improved stability and more. Over the weekend, a couple thousands WiFi XOOM owners began a soak test of Ice Cream Sandwich. It didn’t take long for the update file to leak and almost everyone began loading it onto their XOOM. And now, the official OTA has begun rolling out to all WiFi Motorola XOOMs.
