LG has begun rolling out its Android 5.0 Lollipop update to unlocked G3 handsets in the U.K., less than three weeks after the update first arrived in Poland. The release weighs in at just over 522MB, making it the G3’s biggest and most significant update yet. In addition to Material Design, it brings a whole host of new features.

If you added a Nexus Player to your Christmas list following its official unveiling earlier this month, you might as well cross it off if you live outside of the U.S. Sources familiar with Google’s plans say the device won’t be showing its face in other parts of the world until it arrives in Europe in early 2015.

Motorola has given those in the U.K. the opportunity to customize their new Moto X through Moto Maker before the handset goes on sale in the coming weeks. When you’ve chosen a design you’re happy with, you can save it and Motorola will let you know as soon as it’s available to order.

Moto X owners in the U.K. are finally set to receive the handset’s long-awaited Android 4.4.4 KitKat update. Motorola’s latest release delivers the most recent security fixes from Google, improved camera performance, and a new dialer app.

Google has today announced that it’s now expanded the availability of its incredibly popular Opinion Rewards application to Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom. For those unaware, the app requires its users to take part in quick surveys in order to earn Google Play credit.
