Samsung has long been giving away access to premium services as an incentive to buy its products, but its latest offering is by far its best yet. WatchON, one of the more useful services that comes baked into Samsung’s TouchWiz user interface for Android, is being wiped out in all but two markets, the South Korean company has confirmed today. Users will be able to keep content they’ve purchased through WatchON, while the Galaxy Note 4’s new Smart Remote app is expected to replace its IR remote functionality on other Galaxy smartphones.
