Android 4.3 was announced a couple of days ago, and we are still discovering the enhancements and new features that this build has to offer. According to Google Maps, Product Manager for Photo Sphere, Evan Rapoport, the development team have worked tirelessly in order to make the program work better on compatible devices running the latest version of Android, and consequently a lot of the issues that were found in the initial software have now been eradicated.

The Asus Transformer Pad TF300 will become the first non-Nexus device to be upgraded to Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. Asus has announced that the update is rolling out over-the-air to users in the United States today, while those in other regions should start receiving it by the end of the month.

Google has rolled out two major updates to its Google+ apps for Android and iOS today, introducing a nice stack of new features to both platforms. In addition to the arrival of Google+ Communities, the updates bring basic profile editing to both platforms, a Google+ widget for those on Android, and a new Find People feature for iOS.

Google completely revamped the camera app in Android 4.2, adding many new features, including the Photo Sphere 360-degree panorama mode. Google’s teasers left us jelly and wanting the camera app pronto. Lucky for us, Android is full of generous devs who feel we shouldn’t have to wait either.
