As we prepare for another “magical” iPhone announcement from Apple, we thought we’d set the tone for today’s event with a little humor. Could Steve Jobs rise from the dead and use his mastery of marketing to get the world to buy the new iFone 5? Sure, it could happen, I mean, we’ve already seen Tupac make a comeback… right?

Few things are better than Legos, and even fewer things are better than Android, so what happens when you combine them together — Awesomesauce! This isn’t the first time we’ve seen a Lego Bugdroid, in fact, we gave one away back in June. While those Bugdroid kits are cool, it appears one Android/Lego lover has taken his affinity for the Bugdroid one step further. Not only has he created a slightly more intricate Bugdroid figure, but he’s on a mission to have it become an official Lego kit.

The ninjas are back, but this time, their plans for unboxing Google’s Nexus 7 are foiled by Dr. Paul (aka UFC Champion Georges St-Pierre). If you’re not familiar with the ninja unboxings, they’re a sight to see. I’m not a UFC follower so this one is a little on the weird side for me, but we’ll let you be the judge.

Good news Android fans: tickets to the annual Big Android BBQ are now on sale! What’s the Big Android BBQ? Well… picture a backyard BBQ full of people who all share your affinity for Android and then multiply it by a googol. You spend countless hours reading Android blogs, listening to podcasts, and interacting via forums, hangouts, etc. and the Big Android BBQ is a way for us all to actually hang out, eat some great BBQ, and talk Android (or whatever else comes to mind).

Google regularly includes fun little “Easter Eggs” within each iteration of Android, and similar to Ice Cream Sandwich, Jelly Bean includes a hidden animation that is just too cute.
