Move over Webtop, there’s a new player in town. That’s right, Ubuntu for Android is now a reality and will soon turn our smartphones into full desktop solutions. Once built in, users will be able to dock their phone and have Ubuntu load up and run concurrently with Android (since they share the same kernel). Once booted up you’ll have all the features of a full Ubuntu desktop experience such as: Chromium web browser, VLC Player, Thunderbird email client, and more.
