We’ve heard very little about the official Apple Music app for Android since the service was announced back in June, but now a third-party company claims to be running a new beta program on Apple’s behalf.

Betabound is giving Android users the opportunity to register their interest in Apple Music for a chance to get early access — but we’re not totally sure it can be trusted.

Microsoft Cortana today makes its debut on Android following its early release to a small number of testers last month. The beta release is available to anyone who’s interested in testing it, and Cortana can be summoned using Google Now’s home button shortcut.

Sony’s concept Android software has now entered early testing with 500 Xperia Z3 owners in Sweden, and the first screenshots have begun to surface. The gallery below shows off the major changes Sony is making, which includes stripping out its own user interface.
