Galaxy-S4-lock-screen

Canadian carrier Bell will begin rolling out its Android 4.3 Jelly Bean updates for the Galaxy S4 and Galaxy S4 mini starting tomorrow, November 23, according to a leaked internal document. The update will bring the usual TouchWiz improvements, KNOX security features, and Galaxy Gear support.

LG G2 Snap

Following recent announcements from carriers in the U.K and U.S., Canadian operators have now started to make public their plans for LG’s latest flagship smartphone, the G2.

Canada will share the same 5.2-inch G2 as the U.S., and Bell, Rogers, SaskTel, Telus, Videotron and Wind Mobile have all declared that they will be carrying the much-anticipated handset this fall.

Sony-Xperia-SP

Sony has published a press release stating that its Xperia SP will be launching in Canada this summer; this announcement comes just 24-hours after the Japanese manufacturer announced that its Xperia Z will debut in Canada as a Bell exclusive. The SP will be available to purchase on Rogers, Fido and Virgin, and surprising there has been no mention of Bell.

Bell, together with Sony, has officially announced that the flagship Xperia Z will be hitting Canada as a Bell exclusive later this month. We are unaware of the specific release date at present, but an official launch date should be announced pretty soon.

Galaxy-Note-Jelly-Bean

An Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update is currently making its way to international Samsung Galaxy Note devices in Canada and the United Kingdom. Users on Bell, Rogers, and TELUS in Canada have all seen the update, as have those with an unlocked device in the U.K.
