Sega has announced its next installment of the popular side-scrolling classic Sonic the Hedgehog. After receiving award-winning success with Sonic the Hedgehog 4 episode I, Sega has listened to user feedback and is proud to announce episode II. Grand Theft Auto III: Ten Year Anniversary Edition was released onto the Android Market only a few days ago and it’s already seeing a holiday discount. Now until December 29th, Rockstar Games is offering GTA III for only $2.99. This is an amazing deal for one of the most critically acclaimed open world franchises of all time. Grand Theft Auto III for Android brings the infamous brutal street crime your used to playing on your console, and puts it in the palm of your hands. The mobile version does not disappoint, and comes packed with features such as:

The Duke is back, and this time he wants to let us know he’s free of charge. This classic first person shooter had reviewers furious over its release into the Android Market. The update features two winter levels for Christmas evenings, a challenging endless level, a new and cozy Christmas tune along with:

Gameloft has since been known for two things: visually stunning games, and frustration. The quality of their games is obvious and although many will complain they are blatant ‘rip-offs,’ I, for one, welcome them. However, Gameloft’s Android track record isn’t the greatest. They usually make you jump through hoops to get any promotions they offer and up until recently — they hardly released games into the Android Market. Thankfully we’re starting to see Gameloft embrace the Android Market a bit more and that testament comes in their latest release of Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation. We’ll give you a brief synopsis of the game and let you know about what we’ve been hearing.
