Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing is now just $0.99 on Android.

You’re probably using whatever spare cash you have this month to buy holiday gifts for your friends and loved ones, but it’s important that you treat yourself, too. If money is tight, how about five awesome SEGA games for Android for just $0.99 apiece?

Today, Sega officially announced that from now, up until Wednesday, January 1, 2014, it will be holding a “festive” sale on five of its most popular mobile titles listed on Google’s Play Store. The promotion permits customers to purchase the games for up to 80% off the usual retail price.

Sega reduced all of its Sonic games on iOS to just 99¢ earlier this week to celebrate the game’s 23rd anniversary, and we had thought that Android gamers had been left out. But the company has today announced that the sale is now available in Google Play, too.

SEGA loves themselves some Sonic — and they’re hoping you do too. The hedgehog that never sees his shadow (or if he does, isn’t afraid of it) is back in the Play store! This time around, Sonic is doing battle with Dr. Eggman in a more vertical environment.
