Samsung unveiled its former flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S3, back in May, 2012, and two weeks after its announcement the handset was available in the U.K. from several retailers for £479.99. Last month, a leaked schedule emerged on the internet revealing that the Galaxy Note 3, Galaxy Note 2, Galaxy S4 and Galaxy S3 will be the first Samsung devices to receive the much-anticipated Android 4.4 KitKat update.
