Samsung has begun shipping its Galaxy Note 5 with new stickers that warn users not to insert their S Pen into the device upside down. The company hopes to ensure that new owners don’t make the same mistake many others have, which can lead to a broken smartphone.

After kicking off the “phablet” trend in 2011, the Galaxy Note series has become the bigger and better smartphone in Samsung’s lineup every year — and usually the best phablet on the market. But with this year’s Note 5, a lot has changed.

Rather than promising to look into the issue or propose a solution, the South Korean company simply advises customers to read their Note 5 manual, and follow the instructions properly.
