The camera upgrade OnePlus has been promising OnePlus 2 owners has finally arrived — but it doesn’t come with Marshmallow.

OnePlus has begun rolling out its latest OxygenOS 2.1.0 software for the OnePlus 2, adding a manual camera mode, support for RAW images in third-party camera apps, and the ability to adjust display color balance.

The awesome new cameras packed into the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge are about to get even better, with improvements and new features on the horizon. Sources familiar with Samsung’s plans say the changes will come with its new Android 5.1.1 upgrade.

OnePlus today rolled out its latest software update for the One, delivering a whole host of new additions and improvements. In addition to even better battery life, users can expect RAW photo support, the ability to pause video recording, and a new bug reporting tool.

Google has confirmed that its latest Android camera API contains support for RAW images and burst mode, and that these features will be available to third-party developers in the future.

The company has also acknowledged the complaints about Nexus 5 camera performance, and it promises improvements are coming soon.
