Amazon has started cracking down on crappy USB-C cables that could damage your smart devices.

The retail giant now prohibits cables that do not comply with standard specifications laid out by USB Implementers Forum Inc.

Google’s Chromebook lineup could get a whole lot more exciting this year as the company prepares to take on the Microsoft Surface and similar devices.

Sources claim the search giant is developing a new 2-in-1 notebook that runs both Android and Chrome OS that will be completed by the end of this quarter.

Glympse has announced that it will be teaming up with Evernote to enable users to archive a list of their Glympse trails within their Evernote notebooks. By utilizing the built-in sharing features in the Android OS, Glympse location data can be automatically shared to a dedicated “My Glympse Trails” folder in their Evernote account.

Microsoft has released a fairly major update for its OneNote for Android app, bringing several new features which contribute to a complete UI overhaul. Some of the changes include support for Office 365 notebooks, and new formatting options to make your notes as beautiful and as consistent as possible.
