This offer is part of Big Red’s Cyber Monday promotions scheme, and for a limited time only it is also be offering any new line activations free of charge. So if that’s not an incentive to purchase a new phone, I don’t know what is.

Verizon has today unveiled the Motorola DROID RAZR HD and the DROID RAZR M in metallic blue. Both devices are exclusive to Big Red — like the original blue Motorola DROID RAZR — and they’re available from today.

This latest update will bump the devices up to Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, with security patches from Google to act against new threats, and a fix for data roaming issues that some Droid owners have been having.

Verizon has some good news for all you Motorola DROID RAZR HD/MAXX HD owners out there. Beginning next week, Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) will begin rolling out in phases. Users will finally be able to take advantage of all the great features introduced in Jelly Bean such as Google Now, expandable notifications, and more.
